Returns

You have 7 days to return regular priced items for a refund or exchange

If 7 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund and your return will not be accepted. 

ACCESSORIES, HATS, AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL

We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for custom designs that are not defective, faulty, or contain errors made by us.

Please double check your sizing & color choices prior to checking out. 

  • We happily take returns through Return Portal within 7 days of receiving your purchase with your request.
  • Exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Items MUST be shipped within 7 days of the original delivery date.
  • En Voyage Boutique does not refund shipping and handling charges, exchanges included. If you are making an exchange, nominal shipping charges will be incurred.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Processing Returns

If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return.  If a successful return has arrived at our warehouse you will receive a refund within 5-7 business days.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
