Please note that we ship from several warehouses in and out of the US.

We ask that you allow 2-3 business days for possessing and handling. Packages from our Domestic Warehouse are delivered within 1-7 business days from the shipping date depending on your location. For items sent from our International Warehouses, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. This time frame does not include weekends and holidays.

Flat Rate Shipping $5

This is our standard rate for orders in the United States under $75. Packages will arrive between 3-7 business days depending on your location.

FREE SHIPPING OVER $75 WITHIN THE U.S.A.

All orders shipping to a United States address receive free shipping when your shopping cart equals $75 or more, after any applicable discounts. 


International Shipping

We ship internationally!

Canada

International USPS/UPS Priority Shipping $15.00

This is our standard flat rate for orders to Canada. Packages will arrive between 6-21 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number and shipping notification once your item is shipped.

Other Areas not including Canada

First Class International Shipping $25.00

This is our standard flat rate for International orders not including Canada. First Class International generally takes 6 - 21 business days. Depending on your country’s customs department, shipping methods may take longer than the expected delivery range given.

All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. En Voyage Boutique is required to declare the value of all international orders on customs forms. Sometimes customs delays do occur. The amount and types of duties, as well as other customs information, can be obtained by contacting a local post office.​

Please make sure your address is formatted correctly or this may cause a delay with your shipment.

Use the correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. We are not responsible for addresses that are entered incorrectly.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNED ITEMS THAT FAILED TO BE DELIVERED.

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us. If the order has not shipped yet we will correct the address for you.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

En Voyage Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the Shipping Carrier directly. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to the Shipping Carrier.
